Add Coily to Outlook

Download the add-in, then add it in Outlook. It takes about a minute — Microsoft doesn't let a website install add-ins silently, so there's one paste step (unlike a browser extension).

Two steps in Outlook

  1. 1

    Open the add-ins panel

In Outlook on the web, open any email → the ··· menu → Get Add-ins My add-insCustom Addins.

  2. 2

    Add Coily from the link

Choose Add a custom add-in → Add from URL, paste the install link above, and confirm. The Coily · Generate COI button then appears when you open a message.

Your Microsoft 365 admin deploys Coily once — in the admin center under Settings → Integrated apps → Upload custom apps, using the same install link — and it appears in every staff member's Outlook automatically. No per-person setup. That's the smoothest path for a team.

Pane says “This page couldn’t load”?

That almost always means Outlook cached an older copy of the add-in. Reinstalling on top of it keeps the stale copy — you have to remove it first:

  1. 1Remove the old one: Get Add-ins → My add-ins → Custom Addins, find Coily, and click Remove.
  2. 2Add it back fresh using Add from URL and the install link above (not a previously-downloaded file — the link always serves the current version).
  3. 3Still stuck in the new Outlook for Windows desktop app? Test in Outlook on the web first — it loads add-ins most reliably and confirms the install is good, then restart the desktop app.

A one-click listing in the Microsoft store (AppSource) is on the way; until it's approved, the link above is how you install Coily.
